Ultimate Rods Privacy Policy is in line with the government's Privacy Guidelines and Spam Act issued on 17th September 2001, and fully effective as of 11th April 2004.

Very important aspects of our policy are:

* Personal details provided by you to Ultimate Rods through electronic responses from this site will not be forwarded, sold, or made available in any way to any third party.
* However, Ultimate Rods may communicate with you again with other information that is complimentary to your original request.
* Each of these communications will have clear 'opt-out' instructions so you can choose not to receive further Ultimate Rods communication.
* On the other hand, you may wish to receive other Ultimate Rods communication, you would always be asked before such information is forwarded.

Ultimate Rods may use information it collects from you for the primary purpose for which it is collected and for such other secondary purposes that are related to the primary purpose of collection.

* provide you with products or services you have requested;
* personalise and customise your experiences on Ultimate Rods website;
* help Ultimate Rods manage and enhance its services to you;
* communicate with you;
* provide you with ongoing information about opportunities on the Ultimate Rods website in which Ultimate Rods believes you may be interested; and
* give you the opportunity from time to time to receive e-mails and 'newsletters' from Ultimate Rods.

Trading Terms & Conditions

ORDERING:

To avoid any confusion always specify exact item codes and description, including size & color where applicable, helping to ensure that your order will be correct.

TRADING TERMS:

Ultimate Rods requires 50% pre payment on all rod manufacturing orders and the remaining 50% on completion. For all component and tackle orders, 100% pre payment is required, unless arranged, for goods to be delivered.

PRICING POLICY:

Prices  are subject to change without notice. Ultimate Rods cannot guarantee that prices will not change in the future and, therefore, prices listed are a guide only. Prices do not include GST.

WARRANTY:

Ultimate Rods guarantees the workmanship of each rod during normal fishing conditions, for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. This guarantee is limited to the workmanship only and does not validate replacement or any form compensation for other materials used in conjunction with the defective item. For goods not manufactured by Ultimate Rods, the warranty shall be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of that item. Ultimate Rods shall be under no liability whatsoever except for the express conditions as detailed and stipulated in the manufacturers warranty.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

Ultimate Rods accepts the following methods of payment:

Direct deposit, cheque / money order or cash only. No EFTPOS facility is available at this time.

Cheques are to be made payable to Ultimate Rods.

CLAIMS:

For tackle and component orders, please check delivery documents carefully at time of receiving. All claims are to be made within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

 

Price And Payment

At the Sellers sole discretion;

The Price shall be as indicated on invoices provided by the Seller to the Buyer in respect of Goods supplied; or

The Price shall be the Seller’s current price at the date of delivery of the Goods according to the Sellers current Price list; or

The Price of the Goods shall be the Seller’s quoted Price, which shall be binding upon the Seller provided that the Buyer shall accept in writing the Seller’s quotation within thirty (30) days.

At the Sellers sole discretion a deposit may be required. The deposit amount or percentage of the Price will be stipulated at the time of the order of the Goods/Services and shall become immediately due and payable.

Time for payment for the Goods/Services shall be of the essence and will be stated on the invoice, quotation or any other order forms.  If no time is stated then payment shall be on delivery of the Goods/Service.

Ultimate Rods may withhold delivery of the Goods until the Buyer has paid for them, in which event payment shall be made before the delivery date.

At the Seller’s sole discretion, payment for approved Buyers shall be due on 30th each month following the posting of a statement to the Buyer’s address or address for notices.

At the Sellers sole discretion, for certain approved Buyers payment will be due thirty (30) days following the date of the invoice.

Payment will be made by cash on delivery, or by cheque, or by bank cheque, or by credit card, or by direct credit, or by telegraphic transfer, or by any other method as agreed to between the Buyer and Ultimate Rods.

The Price shall be increased by the amount of any GST and other taxes and duties which may be applicable, except to the extent that such tax is expressly included in any quotation given by Ultimate Rods.
